Lawn Mowing Foreman

Overview We are seeking a skilled lawn Mowing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lawn care, groundskeeping, and supervising, with a passion for maintaining and enhancing landscapes. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team to build and maintain outdoor spaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crew Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation Lead the team in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Ensure proper care of lawns and grounds Inspect work progress to meet quality standards Train new team members on landscaping techniques Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs Qualifications: Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team Ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design plans Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care practices Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Join us as a Supervisor and contribute your expertise in creating beautiful outdoor environments.
