Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and various horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help create and sustain vibrant, healthy landscapes that delight clients and enhance their outdoor environments. Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and visually appealing. Use hand tools and power tools to carry out landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and other machinery for construction or seasonal tasks. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Assist with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, or retaining walls. Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment regularly and adhering to safety protocols during all operations. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including gardening, tree care, and hardscape installation. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred; certification in equipment operation or construction is a bonus.
