LCSW/LPC Details Monday–Friday, 40hr/week (Occasional weekends as needed) Contract: Ongoing, Renewable Contract Through Cell Staff Fully In-Person (Possibility of Telehealth flexibility) Locations: Sikeston, MO | Poplar Bluff, MO| St. Louis, MO Pay: Competitive rates based on experience. LCSW/LPC Duties Clinical Casework: Provide treatment services, individual/group therapy, and social casework for residents and families. Treatment Planning: Serve on a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, formulate plans, and evaluate progress. Assessments: Prepare psychosocial assessments and social-psychiatric case info for pre-admission. Patient Advocacy: Arrange for community placements and connect residents with vocational opportunities. LCSW/LPC Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution. Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing 1+ year of relevant Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) experience LCSW/LPC Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of casework methods, techniques, and their applications to work problems Knowledge of the principles of human growth and behavior, basic sociological and psychological treatment and therapy practices Knowledge of interviewing skills and techniques Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing Ability to use interviewing skills and techniques effectively Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions LCSW/LPC Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan Competitive Pay Packages WEEKLY PAY Travel Stipends are available for qualified candidates Ready to Apply?
