Facilitate own training in sales, sourcing, and operational throughput. Ensure accuracy in customer requirements and data integrity. Achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit sales targets. Communicate the company’s culture, values, and value proposition effectively. Provide immediate solutions to customer inquiries and problems. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance. Requirements 4‑year degree in a sales‑related field. 8‑12+ years of experience in sales within the electronics components industry. Proven expertise in sourcing, account management, and CRM systems. Strong knowledge of electronic components and market dynamics. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to analyze sales data and report findings accurately.
