Responsibilities ]:pointer-events-auto [content-visibility:auto] supports-[content-visibility:auto]:[contain-intrinsic-size:auto_100lvh] R6Vx5W_threadScrollVars scroll-mb-[calc(var(--scroll-root-safe-area-inset-bottom,0px)+var(--thread-response-height))] scroll-mt-[calc(var(--header-height)+min(200px,max(70px,20svh)))]" dir="auto" data-turn-id="request-WEB:939cfe5c-b479-4e96-bb68-c761711f9f3b-7" data-testid="conversation-turn-16" data-scroll-anchor="false" data-turn="assistant"> Direct the preparation, drafting, and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K Compile and update financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure checklists Support earnings release preparation and develop non-GAAP reconciliations Review XBRL tagging and ensure accuracy of filing validations Manage reporting timelines and coordinate cross-functional inputs across departments Lead or support IPO readiness efforts, including preparation of registration statements such as Form S-1 Research technical accounting matters and develop guidance on complex standards and transactions Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal control documentation Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidation reviews Communicate with auditors, leadership, and stakeholders while providing mentorship and supporting team scalability Requirements 4-8 years of broad experience, including SEC reporting, monthly close, IPO readiness, audit/process improvement experience Public, private, or combo experience Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and highly analytical CPA is a plus Strong Excel experience required Sage Intaact experience is a plus Job ID # 47873 Tagged as: Remote
