The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Lead Accountant to play a critical role in shaping the financial foundation of a rapidly growing organization. What You'll Do Own and elevate financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely reporting across all entities Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement smarter systems Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including financial statement preparation Ensure GAAP compliance and support the adoption of new accounting standards Partner across departments to provide insights that impact business decisions Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions Mentor and develop team members Support business growth initiatives, including integrations and system improvements Take ownership of key accounting processes, reconciliations, and reporting functions What Makes You a Great Fit You're not just detail-orientedyou're a problem solver, a leader, and a builder of better systems.
