Scope of Position Reporting to the Director, Digital Experience, the Lead Architect, Commercial Platforms is responsible for shaping how Salesforce supports Watts' global commercial model as the company standardizes on SAP as its core enterprise platform. This role ensures Salesforce evolves as a disciplined extension of SAP - not a parallel system. The architect will stabilize the current environment, define scalable design standards, and guide how Salesforce, SAP, and related integrations work together to support distributors, independent representatives, and internal sales teams worldwide. Partnering with business leaders, delivery teams, and Enterprise Architecture, this role focuses on building a commercial platform that is simpler, globally consistent, and capable of scaling with Watts' multi-year ERP transformation. This position can be hybrid, based in Andover, MA or remote.
