Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cypress, TX for a Lead Assistant Golf Professional. The Lead Assistant Golf Professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Duties include organizing and promoting golf events, providing golf instruction, maintaining the quality of the golf course, and assisting in merchandising and inventory control. The role requires collaboration with management to implement strategies for enhancing golfer experiences and promoting the club. Qualifications Golf instruction and player development skills Experience in managing staff and daily golf operations Customer service and event organization skills Merchandising and inventory control experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment PGA membership or relevant certification is a plus Experience in golf course management and operations
