We are looking for an energetic and service-driven Lead Barista to help lead daily operations at Maison Lodi Café while inspiring a team committed to exceptional guest experiences. This position averages 30 hours per week and includes medical benefits. Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Play a key role in setting the tone for each shift by leading through example and supporting both guests and team members Delivering warm, engaging, and attentive guest service Leading and supporting barista and cashier team members during service Preparing handcrafted beverages and food items to Maison Lodi standards Jumping into barista, cashier, and food build roles as needed Assisting with training and coaching new team members Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Supporting café opening and closing procedures Helping ensure smooth operations during high-volume shifts Promoting menu items and providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18.40 per hour plus gratuity Medical Insurance Life insurance and EAP 401(k) Matching Aflac Supplemental Team Member Discount GROW WITH US Born from the elegant merger of the culinary and hospitality worlds, Appellation is much more than a typical hotel company.
