Lead Barista - Starbucks - Rotating

Hourly Pay Range: $18.31 - $25.63 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Participates in the completion of work tasks and assists the team with complex work tasks or problem areas. Acts as the "go to" resource for the team. Typically provides input into performance reviews, staff training & development for the team and provides input regarding work assignments. Monitors the completion of work tasks by the team. Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties as assigned. Assists the Manager with daily and weekly inventory orders as needed. Assists the Manager with developing weekly Schedules as needed. Follows Elmhurst Hospital and Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all Baristas during each shift. Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to Baristas on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance.
