Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Lead Bartender, where your expertise will elevate the guest experience through exceptional beverage service and leadership. Responsibilities Lead the bar team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly attention. Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to quality standards. Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stocking stations, and minimizing waste through effective food safety and handling practices. Oversee cash handling and POS transactions using Toast to ensure accuracy and accountability. Train and mentor team members on drink recipes, customer service techniques, food safety protocols, and responsible serving practices. Maintain a clean, organized bar area that complies with health regulations and safety standards. Assist in coordinating special events such as buyouts, supper clubs, off site events etc, providing seamless service in high-energy settings. Collaborate on quarterly beverage menu changes Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in craft cocktails, fine dining or upscale casual environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively during busy shifts. Proficiency in POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings.
