You will also play a key role in crisis management and documentation, while fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and clients. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead, providing guidance and direction to other Behavioral Health Technicians working the same shift. Oversee daily activities of clients/patients, ensuring expectations and rules are adhered to while communicating pertinent behaviors to the treatment team. Assist in the orientation of the client/patient population regarding client rights and rules. De-escalate crisis situations with direction from supervisory staff. Document client activities relevant to their progress or behavior. Screen and monitor detoxification clients to ensure safety and recovery needs are met. Provide client transportation as needed.
