Responsibilities Oversee daily food production activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Lead food preparation efforts, demonstrating advanced culinary techniques and knife skills for meat cutting and ingredient handling Manage food packaging processes to maintain freshness, safety, and efficiency in order fulfillment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations Enforce strict food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in compliance with industry regulations Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and support training initiatives to develop culinary skills across the team Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations, inventory management, and workflow efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in food production, preparation, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant setting Strong culinary background with excellent knife skills and meat cutting expertise Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Prior experience in customer service roles within a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of kitchen staff Familiarity with packaging processes relevant to food service or retail environments Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences Join us as a Lead where your culinary expertise and leadership will inspire our team to create memorable dining moments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
