As a leader in the workshop and on-site projects, you will coordinate with other trades, manage fabrication processes, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Lead the fabrication and installation of custom cabinets, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards Supervise and mentor a team of cabinetmakers and carpenters, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Utilize hand tools, industrial power tools, and fabrication equipment to craft high-quality cabinetry components Collaborate with our in-house painters to ensure timely and outstanding finishes Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project installation on-site Maintain safety protocols on the construction site or workshop area, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication, installation, or related carpentry fields with a strong background in woodworking Skilled in trim carpentry and casework Proficiency with hand tools, industrial power tools, and willing to learn new technologies Experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments with heavy lifting and safety compliance Strong communication skills for coordinating schematics interpretation and client specifications; ability to lead projects from start to finish Join us as a Lead Cabinetmaker if you’re passionate about crafting high quality goods and eager to lead innovative projects!
