Lead Carpenter/Foreman

We are looking for a talented Lead Foreman Duties and responsibilities -Must have Commercial Drywall Carpentry work experience -Experience running crews -Able to read schematics and blueprints -3 years Lead foreman experience 5 years is better -Overseeing and ensuring all safety rules are adhered and followed -Responsible for monitoring field carpenters performing construction duties -Wide knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and tools -Good physical conditions and stamina; and strong communication skills -Requirements: OSHA 30 Card, 62 HR SST, 4 HR scaffolding Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Paid time off License/Certification: Commercial Lead Foreman Carpenter Experience for 3 years (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
