Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, food prep workers, and service teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow during busy service hours Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards while incorporating seasonal ingredients and dietary considerations Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize costs without compromising quality Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations across all kitchen activities Coordinate catering events, banquet functions, and fine dining services with precision and professionalism Train team members on cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and customer service expectations to maintain high performance levels Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and banquet services Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality setting Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary department standards Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen operations management Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Strong organizational skills for shift management, inventory control, and food service coordination Experience in the food industry with a focus on restaurant management or hospitality environments Competence in managing food service operations including catering, serving, bartending, and overall food handling procedures Join us as a Lead Chef to craft memorable culinary experiences while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
