Overview We are seeking a dedicated Preschool teacher as Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care and education to children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. Age ranges that you will be supervising are 3 weeks - 12 years old. Duties Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children Create a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area Follow all health and safety protocols to provide a secure environment for children Back up driver for when the school-age driver is out Requirements Experience working with students in a childcare setting Knowledge of childhood development stages Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, young children, preschoolers and school age Familiarity and willing to complete early childhood education 18 years and older -Background check, TB test, 30 hours, 10 hours continuing education -willing to do ECE college credits( tuition will be taken care of) -Must have high school diploma Certification in First Aid and CPR in infant/child/adult Certification in Bloodborne Pathogen Training -Lesson planning for the classroom Strong classroom management skills Background in special education is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
