Operations Manager – Client Experience Role Overview You are the on-the-ground operator responsible for execution, team performance, and client satisfaction . This role owns the delivery of services across residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning accounts. You ensure every job meets company standards while maintaining efficiency, accountability, and professionalism across the team. You are not just managing cleaning. You are managing standards, people, and outcomes . Core Responsibilities Client Experience & Quality Control Serve as the lead point of accountability for service quality Ensure all jobs meet company standards before completion Address client concerns in real-time and resolve issues professionally Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions Field Operations Execution Oversee and participate in: Residential house cleaning Commercial office cleaning Commercial kitchen deep cleaning Window washing Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to standard Maintain daily job schedules and execution flow Team Leadership & Training Lead, train, and develop cleaning technicians Enforce SOPs, systems, and service standards Hold team members accountable to performance expectations Conduct onboarding and ongoing training Equipment & Facility Management Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Ensure all equipment is cleaned, functional, and properly stored Track supply levels and communicate restocking needs Administrative & Operational Support Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and reporting Support clerical and operational workflows as needed Maintain documentation of jobs, issues, and resolutions Marketing & Growth Support Assist with local marketing activations and campaigns Support on-site brand presence (photos, videos, client interactions) Identify upsell or service opportunities during jobs Performance Expectations High client satisfaction and retention Jobs completed on time and to standard Team reliability and accountability Clean, organized warehouse and equipment Contribution to company growth initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Strong work ethic with leadership capability Experience in service-based or field operations (cleaning, hospitality, maintenance, etc.) Detail-oriented with high standards Comfortable leading from the front and working hands-on Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, dependable, and proactive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
