Job Description
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor other Customer Success Engineers while providing tactical recommendations Act as a subject matter expert to ensure successful product usage and customer growth Engage with customers and internal teams to advocate for customer needs and expedite issue resolution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant work experience, including prior leadership roles Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership Demonstrated expertise in Dynatrace technologies and related third-party technologies Professional Level Dynatrace certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months
