Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and resource needs. Implement scalable, containerized web applications. Create comprehensive documentation, perform unit testing, and develop Docker Compose files. Integrate applications with messaging platforms (Solace, IBM MQ), databases (Oracle via JDBC), and front-end delivery systems (web and mobile via WebSocket). Work collaboratively with a small team of local and offshore developers. Key Requirement: 3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with: Java, preferably with Java Native experience, Node.js, preferably with AngularJS experience, Docker/Podman for containerization, Messaging platforms such as Solace Pub Sub+, IBM MQ, Kafka. , Oracle DB and SQL, JDBC, REST APIs, WebSocket, JWT, Web caching. Proven experience in full-cycle web application development (not limited to maintenance). Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, especially Agile. Understanding of container security and compliance best practices and Knowledge of security testing practices and remediation strategies. Familiarity with mobile web delivery using Flutter/Dart and server-driven UI rendering. Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
