As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the DevOps team reporting to the Director of Pipeline and Platform Engineering, you will support projects at the forefront of hospitality technology progress. What you'll do during a typical day: Architect next-generation cloud platforms and automation solutions. Devise and evolve code-driven automation strategies that ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production. Build long-term automation solutions using scripting and programming (Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript). Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices. Work with development teams to guide best practices, design patterns, and operational standards. Understand new architectural concepts and recommend improvements from an infrastructure and security perspective. Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical & revenue-impacting cloud services. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Design and implement enterprise DevOps architectures, reference patterns, and tooling strategies. Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization (GitLab preferred). Enable seamless, secure, and available software builds and deployments across Agile teams.
