The ideal candidate will supervise 2-3 mechanics and have extensive experience in diesel engine repair and rebuilding. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required Typical Shift: 6 AM to 5 PM Overtime: Available after 40 hours Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 mechanics Perform engine rebuilds and repairs on diesel vehicles Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations Minimum Requirements 5-10 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable diesel mechanic experience Some management experience required CDL preferred but not required Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Referral Program Why Work With TransForce TransForce drivers are respected professionals.
