Lead Electrical Engineer Mission Critical Aurora, Colorado Salary: USD 155 - 185 Annually Apply Description Are you an experienced electrical engineer driven by solving complex, mission-critical power challenges? At RK Mission Critical, you’ll lead the design and integration of advanced modular power systems - from UPS systems and switchgear to modular data centers, power modules, and e-houses. In this senior-level role, you’ll take full ownership of electrical design: crafting single-line diagrams and wiring schematics for AC/DC critical-power applications, specifying components (transformers, busways, switchboards, cable bus, etc.), creating detailed AutoCAD/Revit-based layouts, and ensuring code compliance (NEC, NFPA 70/70E, UL, IEC, etc.). You’ll partner closely with supply chain and operations, lead shop-drawings and build reviews, and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers - all while championing design standardization and manufacturability in a modular production environment.
