Execution Trader – Systematic Equities (Remote or New Jersey-based) A leading systematic algorithmic trading firm operating across global markets is looking to hire an Execution Trader to support its East Coast portfolio management team. The firm has a 20+ year track record, with a strong focus on fully systematic, research-driven strategies. This position sits at the intersection of trading, research, and technology, supporting multiple PMs on execution and strategy optimisation. In this role, you'd: Manage and optimise trade execution across systematic equity strategies Work closely with PMs on trade models, signal implementation, and research Analyse and minimise slippage, improving execution efficiency Build and enhance internal tools and workflows using Python Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in execution trading within systematic / quantitative environments Strong experience in medium-frequency cash equities trading Demonstrated quantitative ability (research, model interaction, data analysis) Technical proficiency in Python for building trading tools and workflows Experience working with large books sizes is highly desirable Maximum 12-month non-compete acceptable This opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation package and fully-remote working.
