Description Job Title : Lead Family Time Visitation Facilitator Location: Golden, CO Employment Type: Full-time Salary : $21.25 - $22.25 per hour Date Posted : 05-01-2026 About the Role The Lead Family Time Visitation Facilitator is responsible for managing program administrative duties related to scheduling and staff support within Family Time Services while also directly working with families involved in the child welfare system. This role utilizes a trauma-informed approach to provide supervised visitation, parenting skills training, psychoeducation, and in-the-moment coaching to strengthen family bonds and promote safe reunification. The position also supports the Bridge program, designed to minimize disruption in family relationships after child removal, and serves as an advocate for families by coordinating with caseworkers, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
