Lead Finance Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Finance Analyst to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team. Key Responsibilities Lead budget and expense management processes and analysis Execute financial and non-financial project work ensuring timely and accurate results Build collaborative relationships with business partners to improve processes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices, preferably in the insurance industry Aptitude for technical learning and applying it to business problems Experience in expense management, budgeting, and allocation practices Self-driven with the ability to influence change with minimal supervision Advanced level degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related field is preferred
