Beyond Backyard Living Creations is looking for an experienced Lead Foreman to manage and oversee custom outdoor living and construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in high-end backyard transformations including: Custom concrete and pavers Outdoor kitchens Pergolas and covered structures Pools and water features Turf and landscaping Fire features and entertainment spaces We are looking for someone who can lead crews, keep projects moving efficiently, maintain quality workmanship, and represent the company professionally with homeowners. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on residential construction projects Read plans, layouts, and project drawings Coordinate daily jobsite activities and schedules Ensure projects stay on timeline and meet quality standards Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and subcontractors Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite organization Perform and oversee hands-on construction work as needed Maintain safe and clean jobsites Troubleshoot field issues and problem solve independently Requirements: Construction leadership or foreman experience required Experience with outdoor living, concrete, pavers, landscaping, pools, or related trades preferred Ability to read plans and layouts Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Florida weather Equipment operation experience is a plus (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.) Must be dependable, motivated, and detail oriented Has own tools (eg; Basic power tools for daily construction tasks) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement and long-term growth Steady year-round work Team-oriented environment High-end custom projects Performance incentives available Pay: Negotiable depending on experience Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Location: Spring Hill / Greater metropolitan Tampa area If you take pride in your work, can lead a crew confidently, and want to grow with a fast-moving outdoor living company, we would like to hear from you.
