Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Foreman/Manager to oversee junk removal operations and lawn care services for our company. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily junk removal and landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met Lead, motivate, and train team members in various tasks including landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, horticulture, and general site maintenance Oversee safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools and materials needed for projects Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance on landscaping, construction, or horticultural needs Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines Promote a positive team environment focused on productivity, professionalism, and continuous improvement Skills Proven supervising experience in landscaping, construction or related outdoor maintenance fields Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster teamwork Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects and site preparation Experience in supervising equipment operation and performing routine maintenance tasks Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Join us as a Lead Foreman/Manager to drive excellence in outdoor space transformation!
