As a Lead Producer for Party and Puzzle Games, you will be at the forefront of our game development process, driving excellence in game quality, timelines, and risk management. You will lead major initiative titles and franchises, ensuring game excellence and strategic alignment with our portfolio objectives. Your role will involve mentoring and managing a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Game Leadership: Lead major initiative titles and franchises, reporting to the Executive Producer. Single source of truth for project information. Excellence in Game Production: Proven track record as an excellent game producer with a focus on game readiness, quality, predictability, impact, and performance. Mentors and advises other producers. Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for game development teams, collaborating on project and milestone schedules, submission planning, risks, dependency and and overall development plans.
