Make a Meaningful Impact with MIC Our team is looking for a new highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Sourcing Specialist to conduct proactive candidate identification, outreach, engagement, and pipeline development. This is an independent contractor (1099) remote work opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional that excels in meeting weekly lead generation goals. Role Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle talent sourcing activities for active and pipeline hiring needs Identify, engage, and qualify passive and active candidates Execute targeted drip campaigns using email, direct messaging, and text outreach Conduct cold outreach to prospective candidates and leads Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles Maintain accurate sourcing activity and candidate records within ATS/CRM systems Track outreach metrics, response rates, conversion data, and sourcing effectiveness Screen candidates for baseline qualifications and interest level Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles Stay current on sourcing trends, labor market insights, and recruiting best practices Ideal Experience Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sourcing KPIs and deliverables Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Boolean search across Google and recruitment tools Knowledge of online databases and lead enrichment programs Easily navigate Zoho, Apollo.io, Active Campaigns, Pipedrive and nurturing campaign programs Strong proficiency in ATS/CRM automation tools Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, lead generation, and candidate research with high conversion to offer At least 1 year of prior remote work experience High-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required Experience with sourcing automation platforms and CRM campaign tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing for technical, healthcare, sales, or high-volume hiring roles Familiarity with recruiting analytics and reporting Knowledge of labor market trends and talent intelligence tools Prior remote 1099 contract experience preferred 1099 Independent Contractor Requirements This position is classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor role.
