La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role You manage the details that make the night feel personal. You protect the reservation book, maintain guest profiles, and ensure special occasions and preferences are communicated with clarity and discretion. Responsibilities Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and celebration details in Resy Handle confirmations, special requests, dietary notes, and pre arrival communication Coordinate VIP planning with the floor manager and service leadership Support accurate quoting and pacing by keeping notes clean and current Follow up when needed so issues close with care and accountability What we are looking for Excellent written and verbal communication with a composed tone High attention to detail and strong follow through Resy experience preferred Discreet, organized, and calm under pressure To Apply To apply, email your resume to << removed email >> />Subject line: Reservations and Guest Relations Include a short note, three to five sentences, on how you run standards on a busy night.
