Job Summary As Lead Host , you will be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will lead the host team, manage reservations and guest flow, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival to departure. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Lead and support the host team during service to ensure smooth guest flow and coverage Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turns to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction Train, coach, and mentor host team members on service standards and hospitality expectations Anticipate and address guest needs, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care Communicate effectively with management, service staff, and kitchen regarding guest flow and timing Maintain accurate wait times and guest notes Ensure host stand, entryway, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and presentable Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Maintain standards of service and hospitality at all times Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills required Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and make quick, guest-focused decisions Previous hosting experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Benefits and Perks: Health Benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays for Full Time Employees Gym, Restaurant, and Retail Discounts Referral Incentives Volunteer Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking per shift Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be eligible to work in the United States.
