OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Lead Housekeeper to oversee and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of a private hospitality community in Whitefish, Montana.This role is ideal for a hardworking individual who takes pride in creating welcoming, immaculate environments and can lead by example.As the Lead Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, coordinating team members, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest readiness are consistently met.You will play a key role in upholding the comfort, privacy, and satisfaction of members.Duties Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards and safety protocols Develop work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events Conduct regular inspections of amenities around property and rental/members' homes and to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality housekeeping management Supervising or leadership experience in a custodial or hotel environment preferred Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and safety procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Pay:$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid time off Work Location:In person.
