Specifically focusing on supporting various divisions, functions, and scaling AI-enabled analytical outcomes. The Insights & Actions Partner will play an integral role in driving and enabling data-driven people outcomes and people strategies to ensure the appropriate scale and business impacts are achieved. What’s In It For You: Opportunity to be influential partner to senior people, finance, and business leaders as they evolve their organizational strategy to achieve business goals in a rapidly changing business growth environment Exposure and engagement within the entire S&P Global People ecosystem to build data-driven, innovative organizational health and people planning solutions that support business outcomes Positioned as our enterprise mindset enabler at nexus point between People teams, People COEs, Finance team and Business Management Responsibilities: Support group People Partners leads across all aspects of organizational health analysis, Workforce Planning, and people strategy across all divisions and functions, with People Partners and business/function leaders as they work to meet business, financial and operational outcomes Work closely with Head of People Analytics and Head of WFP_FOW team to build resources and training materials to enable divisional workforce planning consulting engagements, focusing on organizational models, workforce planning & structure, governance, ways of working and roles. Utilize external benchmarking and research sources to gather and present relevant industry insights relating to workforce planning, translating these into relevant divisional action plans Work with relevant 3rd party vendors to scope and manage relevant engagements relating to workforce planning and people analytics as required Act as an internal workforce planning developer and advisor to divisional People Partners to translate workforce planning into reality Work closely with People Analytics team to contribute to reports, dashboards, models, and tools that enhance the usage of workforce and organizational analytics as well as the integration of benchmarks, workforce planning best practices, and alternative data sets Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $78,034 to $139,188.25 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on the benefits we provide to our employees, please click here What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Confidence in interacting with and advising clients at senior and executive levels on workforce planning strategies, execution, and best practices to drive alignment and strategic change Progressive experience in workforce planning and people operational work. Human Resources/People or Management Consulting background strongly preferred (with focus on workforce planning / restructuring / human capital). Considerable workforce planning knowledge and expertise (including design, diagnostics, and transformation). Ongoing academic curiosity to continually stay up to date with developments in the field. Highly developed problem-solving skills in influencing and navigating a complex, heavily matrixed global organization. Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution Strong analytical and data visualization skills; should be able to leverage global data dashboards with ease and foresight Identifies complex operational problems requiring strategic and innovative solutions. Ability to work effectively across multiple global teams, foster inclusiveness, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization Aptitude to communicate and deliver
