The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation, and maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. Duties Must be dependable and on time for your work day. Call outs and tardiness are grounds for termination. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Operate various tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on design projects for new installations or upgrades. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations. Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Installer. Strong mechanical knowledge. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Relevant certifications in HVAC installation or maintenance are a plus. Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.
