Hourly Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hour ($104,000.00 - $114,400 annually based off Overtime is authorized: with approval from the Supervisor. Per diem: $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service. Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas) 3,500 cash bonus 40 additional hours of floating holidays $1,250 technical training reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits: Health, life, and disability coverage Ongoing technical training and certifications Growth Opportunities: Clear paths for advancement and relocation As the HVAC Service Team Lead, you’ll support the Regional Service Manager in overseeing commercial HVAC operations across multiple client sites. You’ll serve and ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians Act as the primary escalation contact for service issues Assist with dispatching and scheduling service and maintenance tasks Review completed service and repair invoices Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures Hybrid schedule: two days in-office for administrative duties and three days in the field supporting staff and conducting site visits. (Complete administrative follow-up tasks (approx. Client Service Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly Conduct monthly audits to ensure service quality and compliance Technical HVAC Work Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, ice machines, and refrigeration units Respond to emergency service calls and routine maintenance requests Document work in service management systems and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Recommend enhancements and repairs based on site observations 8+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience Proven ability to manage teams, conduct audits, and ensure safety and quality Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment Familiarity with national accounts or multi-site operations (preferred) Valid HVAC Journeyman License (preferred) Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus Consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to travel between client sites Meet enhanced security clearance requirements Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed Commercial HVAC systems Refrigeration systems and ice machines Chillers, cooling towers, water source heat pumps Building Automation Systems or Building Management Systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with light commercial equipment Experience with industry software (e.g., Tailored training, certifications, and advancement Impactful Work: Help commercial facilities run smoothly and efficiently employee initiatives that promote personal and professional development, work/life balance, health and wellness and community involvement. national origin, age, disability, ancestry, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, or Veteran or military status, genetic information or any other basis prohibited by local, state or federal law in the relevant jurisdiction.
