Your Role as a Lead Tech Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality and efficiency Handle boiler systems Guide and support other technicians in the field Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide trusted recommendations Most of our work is residential , with occasional light commercial service.
