Overview We are looking for a fun and energetic Lead Infant Daycare Teacher. Open Hearts Academy centers around "family" and we value each other in that way. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being at all times. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development. Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones, sharing progress with parents regularly. Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper diapering, feeding, and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with team members to plan engaging lessons that support individual growth and group dynamics. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that aligns with daycare standards and promotes physical activity through teaching physical education activities. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety protocols, and best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications *Minimum 1-year Early Childhood experience as a Daycare Teacher. *CDA is helpful. *Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices. *Strong written and communication skills. Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour Work Location: In person
