Lead Installer HVAC

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installations across South Florida. In this hands-on role, you will lead a small crew, review plans, lay out and install ductwork and equipment, ensure code and safety compliance, start up and test systems, and deliver clean, professional work. You’ll mentor junior installers, coordinate with customers and office staff, document jobs, and uphold Cassidy’s family-oriented values of honesty, teamwork, safety, and high-quality service while building a long-term career.
