Job Description Casco Bay Insulation is an industry leader specializing in a comprehensive, whole house approach to residential energy efficiency.We are a small company that recognizes the value of our staff.We take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to foster an upbeat, friendly environment.We provide great leadership and a collaborative atmosphere, offering excellent benefits and opportunities to advance as our company grows.If you have experience in the insulation/weatherization industry and would like an opportunity to advance your career this might be a great fit for you.About You We are looking for someone who is dedicated to a job well done and is curious about building science.Candidates must have a minimum of one year of cellulose installation experience to be considered.The available position involves working primarily in residential homes to improve energy efficiency and comfort.Job Responsibilities Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers; WE DO NOT INSTALL FIBERGLASS INSULATION OR SPRAY FOAM INSULATION Liaison between Casco Bay Insulation and site supervisor Operate insulation equipment and drive a box truck Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition Work safely and respectfully with the other team members Take pride in high quality workmanship Skills, Experience, & Talents Must have a valid driver's license Construction, insulation, and hand tool experience a must Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft) Must be able to lift 50lbs For more information about our company please visit www.cascobayinsulation.com.Due to the nature of our work there is a no smoking policy on each job site.Monday thru Friday, 6:45am-4:00 pm.Some overtime, we do not work nights or week-ends.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$30.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Application Question(s):How many years of cellulose installation experience do you have?
