Lead Insulation Technician (Spray Foam) Pay:$27.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience & leadership)Location:Indianapolis, INJob Type:Full-Time Run Jobs.Lead Crews.Get Paid for Your Skill.We're hiring a Lead Insulation Technician who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish--not just show up and install.If you have strong spray foam experience, know how to manage a crew, and take pride in clean, high-quality work, this is a long-term opportunity with consistent work and real growth.What You'll Get $27-$35/hour (based on experience & leadership ability) Consistent, year-round work Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities Company-provided tools and organized job sites 401(k) options Clear path to grow into higher leadership roles What You'll Do Lead and execute spray foam insulation jobs (open and closed cell) from setup to completion Operate and maintain spray foam rigs, including proportioners, hoses, and spray guns Prep job sites for spray application (masking, ventilation, temperature control, safety setup) Monitor material output, ratio, and application quality to ensure proper install and yield Install batt, crawlspace, and hybrid insulation systems as needed Manage job flow, materials, and crew productivity on-site Train and guide crew members on spray techniques, safety, and efficiency Drive company trucks/trailers and transport spray rigs and materials Maintain clean, safe, and inspection-ready job sites Communicate with team members and clients to keep projects on track What We're Looking For 2years of insulation experience (required) Strong hands-on experience with spray foam systems Previous crew lead or job leadership experience Valid driver's license (must be insurable) Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field High standards for quality, safety, and efficiency Preferred (Not Required) Experience with new construction and retrofit projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) Not a Fit If You're Looking For Entry-level or helper roles Seasonal or temporary work Heavy supervision or step-by-step direction Why This Role Stands Out You won't be just another technician--you'll be trusted to run jobs, lead people, and grow with the company.We value skilled tradespeople who take ownership, move with urgency, and deliver high-quality work every time.Requirements Experience:Spray Foam (2years preferred) License:Valid and insurable driver's license (required) Shift:Day shift (preferred) Work Location:In person Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.Benefits:401(k) Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s):How many years of hands-on spray foam experience do you have (personally spraying, not assisting)?
