Lead Integration Specialist C# / .NET (Insurance) Location: Remote (occasional travel to Atlanta, GA) Duration: 4 5 month contract (strong extension potential) Level: Senior / Lead (10+ years) Overview We are seeking a senior, hands-on C#/.NET, Integration, Design, APIS, to support a large insurance client. This role focuses on enterprise integrations, solution design, and technical leadership , including oversight of an offshore team. The consultant will work across core insurance platforms and partner closely with business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and delivery of C#/.NET-based enterprise integrations Design and implement scalable API and system-to-system integrations Remain hands-on with development, complex integrations, and code reviews Provide technical leadership to an offshore delivery team Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on P&C insurance integrations Support integrations across Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, and CRM Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards Required Skills 10+ years in software development and enterprise integration Strong C# / .NET experience (.NET Core and/or Framework) Proven integration architect or technical lead experience Hands-on API, middleware, and system integration background Experience leading distributed or offshore teams Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills must Have Insurance industry experience P&C Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms Cloud experience ( Azure preferred ) CI/CD and Agile/Scrum experience
