Latrobe’s is seeking a Lead Kitchen Manager to oversee culinary execution for our private events in the French Quarter. This role is ideal for a strong, organized kitchen leader who thrives in a fast paced event environment and takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and thoughtful food. You will lead an established kitchen team using our existing recipe library while ensuring quality, organization, and smooth service at every event. The foundation is in place. We are looking for someone who can step in confidently, maintain standards, and elevate execution. In addition to managing production, you will collaborate on custom menus and develop recipes for specific clients when needed. Creativity is welcomed, but so is discipline. This is a role for someone who understands both structure and flexibility. Responsibilities include Leading kitchen production for weddings and private events Managing prep, staffing flow, and event execution Maintaining consistency across established recipes Developing new recipes for custom client requests Upholding cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail oriented, and comfortable leading a team in a high expectation environment.
