Lead Lawn Care Applicator ($25-$30/hr OT) Consistent overtime and strong earning potential for experienced applicators.About Us Lucky Lawn is a fast-growing, family-owned lawn care company serving high-end residential properties throughout Fairfield County.With over 35 years of experience, we focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results and building a strong, professional team.Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Lawn Care Applicator to run a daily route and deliver top-level service.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent hours, strong overtime, and the ability to earn $60k-$70k during the season.Seasonal position:April through October, with consistent full-time hours.Key Responsibilities Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and accurately Run a daily route efficiently and independently Operate and maintain application equipment Communicate professionally with customers on-site Identify lawn issues and make recommendations Maintain accurate service records Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations Requirements CT Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain) Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (1year ideal) Valid driver's license Ability to work long days during peak season (6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, plus most Saturdays) Strong work ethic and attention to detail English required, Spanish a plus Compensation & Benefits $25-$30/hour based on experience, with additional upside for highly qualified applicants Weekly overtime available (typically 10-25hours) Typical seasonal earnings:$60k-$70k End-of-season and retention bonuses Profit-sharing plan 5 PTO days Opportunity for pay increases based on performance Schedule Monday-Friday:6:30 AM - 5:30 PM Most Saturdays during peak season 50-65 hours per week during the season Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Retirement plan Application Question(s):This role requires 6:30 AM starts, long days, and most Saturdays during peak season.Are you able to consistently commit to this schedule?
