Lead line cook/kitchen manager

Job Summary We are looking for a visionary Head cook/Chef de Cuisine to oversee the kitchen, cook our menu and manage day to day operations. This role requires creativity, leadership and the ability to execute high quality dishes in a fast paced environment. The desired candidate will have a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation as well. Key Responsibilities implement a menu that aligns with our concept Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes. Maintain our 100% health inspection rating and uphold the highest food safety standards. Collaborate with ownership and management to innovate and enhance the dining experience. Monitor food costs and labor to meet budgetary goals. Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a head cook or equivalent leadership role. Expertise in American cuisine; experience with speakeasy or upscale dining is a plus. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
