POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Conveniently located near public transportation Make a difference for the patients and employees we serve Opportunity to provide career growth PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership to medical assistants Schedule and assign medical assistants to ensure appropriate staffing Train medical assistants and others and serve as a resource to other clinical providers Participate in the interview process for medical assistants and other clinical hires Train and orient new employees Manage clinic flow using organizational ability to effectively prioritize work tasks to ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner and that clinic needs are met Provide accurate, appropriate, and culturally sensitive education to clinic patients Oversee coordination of care by assisting providers in the maintenance of clinic processes to ensure timely follow-up on reported test results<
