Job Title: Lead Mobile Auto Detailer (Luxury Vehicles - Independent Contractor) Location: Henderson / Las Vegas Valley, NV (Mobile) Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: 60% Commission Split per vehicle completed + 100% of your tips. We don't do standard driveway washes; we deliver master-class, spa-grade paint correction, ceramic coatings, and luxury interior revivals directly to our clients' homes. We serve high-net-worth clientele across Anthem, Seven Hills, Green Valley, and the greater Las Vegas area. The Role: We are looking for a meticulous, experienced Mobile Detailer to join our growing fleet as an owner-operator subcontractor. You will be the hands-on operator delivering the "Smiddy Standard" to our clients' luxury vehicles. We provide the premium brand, the marketing machine, and the high-end leads—you provide the flawless execution. What You Will Do: Perform high-end mobile detailing services at clients' homes, including exterior foam washes, clay bar treatments, and luxury interior deep cleaning. Execute multi-stage paint correction and apply professional-grade ceramic coatings (SiO2). Deliver elite, white-glove customer service when arriving at high-end properties. Represent the Smiddy's Auto Shine brand with total professionalism and expertise. What You Need to Succeed: Equipment Required: You must operate your own fully equipped mobile detailing rig (including your own vehicle, water tank, power supply/generator, pressure washer, DA polishers, and professional-grade chemicals). Experience: Prior professional auto detailing experience is required (specifically with DA polishers, paint correction, and coatings). Professionalism: You are punctual, clean-cut, and communicate clearly. You will be interacting with successful real estate professionals and luxury homeowners.
