What You’ll Do Lead moving crews on residential and commercial relocations Supervise jobs from start to finish to ensure efficiency and professionalism Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients Safely load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods Handle high-value and delicate items with care and attention to detail Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed Train and motivate crew members while maintaining company standards Ensure safety procedures and best practices are followed on every job Work alongside your crew in a hands-on leadership role What We’re Looking For Previous moving experience required Leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment English proficiency required Valid driver’s license preferred Pay & Benefits $22–$30 per hour + tips (based on experience) Overtime opportunities available Flexible scheduling Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance and pet insurance options Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth Supportive team environment with company events and employee appreciation Why Work With Us?
