Job Posting: Lead Outreach & Discovery Associate (Part‑Time / Temporary) Location note: Remote (Florida‑based). Role Overview This role is top‑of‑funnel and conversation‑focused . This role is designed to support periods of increased lead volume (such as post‑event or campaign follow‑up) by ensuring timely, thoughtful first contact. You’ll follow up with leads who have already shown interest—by attending an event, requesting information, being referred, or engaging with TechHouse content. Your role is to make contact, understand what prompted their interest (or help clarify it), and determine whether there’s a clear next step. This is not a closing role and not full‑lifecycle sales ownership. You’ll gather context, qualify interest, and hand off clearly documented conversations to the consulting or sales team for relationship ownership and next‑step strategy. This role is ideal for someone who prefers temporary or flexible work , enjoys phone and email outreach, and values purposeful, well‑defined assignments. Work Schedule & Commitment Part‑time or temporary role Flexible hours , ideally within a mid‑day window (for example, 10:00am–5:00pm ET) Weekly hours may vary based on lead volume and project timing This role may be engaged for a defined period based on active outreach needs, with extensions determined by lead volume and business timing. Shared Scheduling Approach This role is designed around a mutually agreed‑upon schedule . TechHouse will communicate anticipated outreach needs and timing in advance, and you can choose when you’re available to take on that work within the agreed‑upon window. This approach helps ensure your time is spent on active, meaningful outreach , while maintaining flexibility and balance. What You’ll Do Lead Follow‑Up: Call and email inbound leads to acknowledge interest and initiate conversation Interest Discovery: Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs, timing, and context—especially when interest is exploratory or undefined Qualification & Notes: Capture clear, concise notes in our CRM so the next team member has full context Routing & Handoff: Identify appropriate next steps (consult, future follow‑up, event invite) and route accordingly Light Nurture: Send simple follow‑ups or reminders for leads who aren’t ready yet Process Adherence: Follow defined outreach workflows to ensure no leads fall through the cracks Skills & Experience Required Comfortable making phone calls and writing professional emails Friendly, calm communication style—curious and respectful, not pushy Organized with follow‑ups, notes, and handoffs Comfortable working from scripts, call guides, and written processes Basic comfort with technology (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) Nice to Have Inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience CRM experience (Dynamics 365 Sales or similar) Experience with first‑touch or discovery‑focused outreach Culture & Fit Friendly, practical, and honest team culture Clear, jargon-free communication Purpose + profit: we serve communities and sustain the business Growth opportunities tied to company needs and individual performance What We Offer Flexible, human‑centered work structure Clear scope and defined expectations Supportive team and documented processes Opportunity to contribute without committing to a full‑time role Note: This is a part‑time / temporary position and does not include full‑time benefits.
