Lead Groomer — Pet Supreme Canoga Park Pet Supreme is opening a brand new grooming salon at our Canoga Park location, and we’re looking for an experienced groomer to build this from the ground up. You’ll have access to our established customer base, modern facilities, and the opportunity to grow into a management role as we scale. About the Role You’ll be our lead groomer, starting with building clientele while we establish systems and grow the team. You’ll work in a fully equipped grooming space with a separate entrance. Services range from bath and tidy to full breed-standard grooms. As we bring on additional groomers and bathers, you’ll transition into a lead groomer and manager role, overseeing operations and mentoring the team. What We’re Looking For At least two to three years of professional grooming experience with all coat types and service levels. You’re someone who sees this as a growth opportunity, not just a job. You’re willing to build something from scratch, work hard to establish clientele, and eventually step into a leadership position. You’re collaborative — willing to delegate and mentor — and you understand that building a strong team means long-term stability and income for everyone.
